Our Team

Larry Johnson currently serves in the Maintenance Department at the Akron Urban League.  With more than 25 years of dedicated service and experience, first as a camper, later as a volunteer, and most recently as an integral part of the Operations staff, Larry works hard to ensure the safety, security, and overall maintenance of our building.  Larry is a certified food protection manager and leads the charge in dispensing food to needy families through our partnership with the Akron Canton Regional Food Bank.  Larry is a native of Akron and a graduate of South High School.
